SHIPPING TIMES

We ship from Ohio, USA. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Method Estimated Delivery Time Shipment Cost:

USPS Priority – Orders under $75, 3-5 business days = $5.99

USPS Priority – Orders over $75, 3-5 business days = FREE

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.

Shipping and Checkout:

We ship to almost all states across the USA, except ID, IA, and SD/ These states are removed from checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Beyond is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost Shipments:

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.
